Because our classes are for children and teenagers, we may also collect limited information needed to provide the class, such as the child’s first name, age, class selection, and relevant booking information. We ask that parents or guardians provide this information on behalf of younger children.

Kalkhi Creations uses Setmore to manage class bookings and appointments. When you book a class through Setmore, information entered into the booking form may be stored and processed through Setmore.
Setmore may collect details such as your name, email address, telephone number, booking information, and other information you choose to provide. Kalkhi Creations can access this information for the purpose of managing your booking and providing our services.
Website Analytics
Our website may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, device and browser information, approximate geographic information, traffic source, and interactions with the website.
We use this information to understand website performance and improve our services and marketing.

Photos and Videos of Students
Kalkhi Creations will not assume that booking a class gives permission to use photographs or videos of a child for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.
Where Kalkhi Creations wishes to use identifiable photographs or videos of a student for promotional purposes, separate permission may be requested from the parent or guardian.

Kalkhi Creations does not sell personal information.
